In this world, there is a treasure that is worth unspeakable amounts of money, and the protagonist goes after it. This movie is a really intriguing example of what the outer reaches of AI could provide.
Warcraft
Set in the Warcraft and World of Warcraft universe this movie was released to mixed reviews in 2016. WoW is a cultural icon and even if the movie failed to live up to the hype in some ways, it’s still a movie that is well worth a watch to see all of the iconic locations from the world’s most impactful MMO take place in a movie setting.
Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and 2
Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the gaming world’s most beloved characters and the two movies that have been produced about the blisteringly quick hedgehog have been received with some positivity by the gaming community. Sure, it’s not going to win any Oscars for its engaging script or for its complex characters but it is a fun movie with a lot of heart. Jim Carrey is excellent in his role as Dr. Eggman, and for those who have played any of the Sonic games, this is a must-watch.
Uncharted
Naughty Dogs Uncharted series is one of the most beloved story-driven video games there is, it was only natural for the series to be adapted into a movie. Even if the movie is entertaining, it failed to live up to the high expectations of many fans of the series.
