A lot of battle royale games have been released in order to compete for the top spot but none of them have been able to make it.

The Warzone is expected to get beta testing in early March. However, there hasn’t been any official announcement regarding the final release date for Call of Duty Modern Warfare Battle Royal.
What if Activision offered the Warzone mode for free? It is speculated that Battle Royale would be a free download for everyone but there would be in-game purchases to ensure Activision does not go bankrupt. Activision will have to offer the battle royale mode for free if they want to expand their player base. Because most companies make money in battle royale games through in-game purchases, Activision should also stick to a similar strategy with COD-MW Battle Royale.
